Team Leader Workshop

**Job Description Summary**: Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials for the work shop according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role is focused on execution of work shop activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

**Roles and Responsibilities**- Run the work shop for build job preparation from planning and executional perspective. Plan and execution the functional budget including investments. Ensure SQDC principle all the time.
- Support the work shop team in daily operations like milling, drilling, etc.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Responsibility of KPI tracking for the work shop and support the SC like hours booking process and efficiency calculations.
- This position is a temporary backfill for the Manufacturing Manager - Material Plan & Execution; approximately until Jan´26; the roles and responsibilities described below are only one part of the Manufacturing Manager - Material Plan & Execution position specifically related to the work shop

**Required Qualifications**- Deep experience on work shop processes and operational execution
- Capability to use drilling, milling, bandsaw machines, etc

**Desired Characteristics**- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
