Controlling Specialist

The responsibilities are as following: - Financial planning, forecasting and budgeting in a growing company with a corporate environment - Accounting processes in cooperation with a tax advisor - Preparation and publication of timely monthly financial statements, income statements and cash flow calculations - Support and assistance with annual financial statements (HGB & IFRS) and audits - Monitoring of the company's financial performance and preparation of variance analyses and risk assessments - Sparring partner for interdepartmental analyses and strategic projects of CFO & CEO - Preparation of business cases, decision papers, preparation of management presentations - Maintaining and establishing relationships with various internal and external partners - Project work in the controlling area **Requirements**: - Successfully completed business administration/university degree with a Master degree in finance/controlling or other related field of study - Several years of professional experience in financial reporting - Knowledge in the implementation of a controlling system - IT affinity and solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel) as well as "DATEV Unternehmen online". - Experience in a multicultural organization is desirable - High analytical ability, strategic thinking as well as structured and proactive way of working - Fluent German and English, written and spoken What we offer: - Exciting challenges and a position with a lot of growth and development potential - Work in a multicultural and cross-national team - Open corporate culture and flat hierarchy - Good work-life balance through flexible working hours and locations - Attractive performance-based compensation and the framework of an innovative, successful company
