**Manifesto operates a trendy food market at Prague Anděl and has opened a flagship 'food hall of the future' in Potsdamer Platz, Berlin.**

**You will**:

- Mix signature cocktails in a trendy, international environment in the city of Berlin.
- Prepare/Serve Signature and Classic cocktails.
- Prepare the Mise-en-Place before opening and storing it at the end of the shift.
- Opening and/or Closing of the Cocktail Station.
- Participate in the weekly inventory count.
- Make house products, like Syrups, Tinctures, Cordials, Ferments, Sodas...
- Serve a wide variety of bottled and on-tap Beers.
- Serve a variety of Wines, from a dedicated wine bar with an up-to-date Cellar.
- Participating in the R&D days for the weekly Cocktail Menus
- Ensure every experience is special for our guests.
- Work closely with the Waiters/Waitresses, Bar Supervisors, and Operation Managers.

**For this job you need**:

- Ideally, previous experience bartending in a high-volume Cocktail bar.
- Good knowledge of Classic Cocktails, and up-to-date with the current industry standards.
- Good communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a pro-customer approach.
- The ability to handle all customers, even the difficult ones.
- Presentation, communication, and upselling skills.
- The ability to be a strong team player.
- Excellent personal presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- A cheerful and positive demeanor.
- The trustworthiness is 100% relied on.
- The ability to work well under stressful conditions.
- To be available to work a flexible schedule.
- To work on your feet for 8-12 hours, with breaks in between.
- You are fluent in English or in German.
- To respect Manifesto’s COVID rules.

**Job conditions**:.
- 3-5 shifts per week: 9 am-5 pm, 12 pm-10 pm, and 6 pm-2 am.
- A full-time, part-time, or mini-job employment contract.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mixen Sie einzigartige Cocktails in einem trendigen, internationalen Umfeld in der Stadt Berlin.
- Zubereiten/Servieren von Signature
- und Classic-Cocktails.
- Vorbereiten des Mise-en-Place vor dem Öffnen und Aufbewahren am Ende der Schicht.
- Öffnen und/oder Schließen der Cocktailstation.
- Teilnahme an der wöchentlichen Inventurzählung.
- Mitwirkung bei der Herstellung von hausgemachten Zutaten (Sirupe, Tinkturen, Kordiale, Fermente, Limonaden...)
- Servieren Sie eine große Auswahl an Bieren aus Flaschen und vom Fass.
- Ausschank einer Vielzahl von Weinen aus einer speziellen Weinbar mit einem modernen Weinkeller.
- Teilnahme an den F&E-Tagen für die wöchentlichen Cocktail-Menüs.
- Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Gäste ein besonderes Erlebnis haben.
