**Process Supervisor Bayreuth (M/F/d) - Concrete Towers**:

In Bayreuth you will supervise concrete tower production stages, assuring the teams have enough manpower and tools, so the set goals established by the company quality standards could be achieved.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Ensure that production follows the processes and specifications established in the Nordex' instructions
- Identify problems in the instruction process, implement corrective actions, and control timing, incidents, and instructions
- Manage inventories and coordinate with subcontractors departments to meet production schedules
- Inform the Quality Manager about any deviations or issues detected during the process
- Monitor and improve production quality by checking machinery and communicating with workers or supervisors
- Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations are followed during production activities
- Maintain and forward daily production reports and collaborate with Global Nordex Team members as required

**YOUR PROFILE**

Higher Education (HNC).
- Experience in production processes
- Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete
- Expereince as production supervisor or similar position is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Capable to work in teams
- Methodical and analytical skills
