Aufgaben

To enhance our small yet dynamic and creative marketing team in Hamburg, we are presently seeking a skilled assistant (M/F/d) for a full-time position, with exceptional English proficiency, preferably as a native speaker of American or Canadian English.

**These exciting tasks await you**:

- Supporting the development of marketing strategies and plans
- Creating and editing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, etc.
- Managing social media accounts and content, including post planning, community interaction, and performance reporting
- Assisting in the organization and execution of events and trade shows
- Analyzing marketing data and preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Communicating with internal and external partners, suppliers, and agencies
- Supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks and projects

Qualifikation

**These qualifications are essential**:

- Excellent English skills, preferably as a native speaker of American or Canadian English
- Communication skills to effectively interact with teams, customers, and suppliers
- Organizational skills for task prioritization, project planning, and meeting deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Native proficiency in social media
- Creativity for developing innovative marketing ideas and concepts
- A team-oriented, responsible, flexible, and independent way of working
- High level of commitment and quality awareness
