Stellenbeschreibung

In unserem Bereich **Start-up Digital Solutions** bei der ITK Engineering GmbH managen wir **Innovations
- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekte** über **digitale Engineering-Plattformen** mit Freelancern und kleinen Softwareunternehmen.
- Du agierst als **Product Owner** und verfolgst die konzeptionelle Definition neuer Features für unsere globale Web Plattform Bosch LegendsLab.
- Du übernimmst **Produkt Management Aufgabe**n für unsere Plattform und unterstützt bei der **strategischen Weiterentwicklung** unserer Plattform.
- Du verfolgst und unterstützt den weiteren Ausbau unserer Plattform sowie weitere Markteintritte und passt **Strategien** und **Konzepte **entsprechend an.
- Du dienst als **Ansprechperson** für interne und externe Partner aus den Bereichen **Web Entwicklung**, **Sales **und **Marketing**.

Qualifikationen
- ** Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise**:eigenständig, kommunikativ, verantwortungsbewusst, Begeisterung für digitale Services
- ** Erfahrung und Kenntnisse**:idealerweise praktische Erfahrung aus dem Bereich Produktmanagement oder angrenzender Themenfelder
- ** Ausbildung**: abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Management oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang und konkrete Absicht, im Anschluss ein Masterstudium aufzunehmen
- ** Sprachen**:sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzliche Informationen

Das Bosch PreMaster Programm ist ein** zweistufiges Qualifizierungsprogramm** für engagierte Bachelor-Absolventinnen und Absolventen, die das Ziel haben, ein Masterstudium zu absolvieren.

Nach dem Bachelor bietet die erste Phase bis zu 12 Monate praktische Erfahrung, um die fachlichen und unternehmerischen Zusammenhänge kennenzulernen.

Die zweite Phase umfasst das Masterstudium und beinhaltet weitere Events und Seminare sowie persönliche Betreuung durch persönliches Mentoring auf dem Weg zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
