HR Administrator

**About the Role**:

- Personnel processing including contracts and certifications
- Contact person for employees in all personnel-related matters
- Support in the monthly preparation of payroll accounting, including monitoring
- Maintenance of the time recording and payroll accounting system
- Support & coordination of recruitment measures including applicant management
- Preparation of personnel-relevant statistics, evaluations & reports
- Support of the personnel management
- Collaboration in national and international HR projects

**Your key qualification**
- Commercial training with further education in the field of human resources desirable (human resources manager), alternatively a successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources
- First professional experience in human resources is advantageous
- Knowledge of social security and labor law is advantageous
- German & English fluently spoken & written
- Experience in dealing with time recording and payroll systems is an advantage
- You are a team player, responsible, have strong communication skills, are reliable, maintain an overview even in more turbulent times and appreciate direct contact with internal and external customers.
- You work independently and are characterized by a clear hands-on mentality as well as goal-oriented, organized and proactive work with high self-demands.
