**BETREUUNG DES EMPFANGSBEREICHS**:
Du unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen bezüglich administrativer Verwaltungsaufgaben. Dazu gehört die Postannahme und der Versand, die Annahme eingehender Telefonate und Weiterleitung von Rückrufnachrichten, Bestellung von Büromaterialien sowie natürlich die Begrüßung und Bewirtung unserer Kunden und Gäste.
**PROJEKTARBEIT**:
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Empfangsteam unterstützt Du im Bereich Office Management und Fuhrpark (Strafzettelbearbeitung).

- Laufendes Studium
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel, sprühst vor Teamgeist und überzeugst durch Deine selbständige/ proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Hilfsbereitschaft liegt Dir im Blut: Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Service
- und Kundenorientierung und strahlst auch auf professioneller Ebene Fröhlichkeit und gute Laune aus.
- Du bist zuverlässig, arbeitest genau und besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office.
