**your activities**:

- Operational processing of sea freight export shipments
- Correspondence with national and international DSV branches
- Order entry in EDI
- Independent order processing including billing
- customer care
- Complaints processing
- Preparation of offers for ad-hoc inquiries

**your qualifications**:

- Apprenticeship as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services (M/F/d) or as a forwarding clerk (M/F/d)
- Experience in handling sea freight exports is a must
- High communication skills and service and customer orientation
- Confident time management and teamwork
- Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
