**BIG MAMMA is coming TO HAMBURG** **Be BIG" at Big Squadra by Big Mamma** Join the KITCHEN TEAM as Commis for our restaurant Giorgia in Weißenburger str.2, 81667 München **COMMIS** **OUR OFFER**: - 2200 euro plus weekly tips - Full time role - Transparent & Competitive salary based on the Bavarian Collective agreement plus weekly tips - 2 consecutive days off per week - 25 days of holiday per year (Christmas period OFF: 24th, 25th, 26th December) - Permanent contract - A permanent employment contract with 38 hours per week, over hours are being paid monthly - Meal on shift - Employee discount in all our Big Squadra & Big Mamma restaurants - Referral scheme - 500 euro brutto when you refer a friend - Continuous trainings, team buildings and career opportunities - Geographical mobility in Europe - And much mooore **YOUR MISSION**: - To give our customers the best time of the day - You will be directly responsible as KITCHEN COMMIS (hot and cold): - You are for the preparation of service in the kitchen - Knowing the hygiene rules for the storage of food and its use according to the rules in force - Being a guarantor of the rhythm of the service, the quality of the dishes coming out - Being coordinated with the chef de partie to support them during service **YOUR SKILLS**: - Be a leader who knows how to work in a team and dares to pace and organise - Your boundless passion for cooking, tradition and the challenge of organising work on large volumes and large brigades - A desire to learn and grow - **You speak, English or Italian, German is a plus** **START DATE**: As soon as possible **A BIT MORE ABOUT BIG MAMMA**: Big Mamma is an Italian group founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger.
