Automotive Production Expert

As an Automotive Production Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all automotive products are manufactured to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and optimize the production lines to maximize efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire production process from start to finish, assuring automotive compliance.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain production standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements, regulatory requirements, and standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to management on production performance.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing management or related field.
- 5 years experience working with/for German OEMs - advantage
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes.
- Experience in FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem-solving) process improvement, and Poka Yoke (error proofing) techniques
- Considerable experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, for automotive
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with quality control and production planning.
- Willingness to frequently travel to Israel and China
