Finance Systems Information Lead

We are looking for a **Finance Systems Information Lead (all genders)** to join our Finance Systems Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your main dish**:

- Lead a small team within Finance Systems located in our Berlin office
- Enable structured and positive communication to share about team successes and value delivered
- Strengthen the Finance Systems governance over our global team focusing on global steering, transparency and standardization of tools
- Support and improve our internal Finance Systems processes with your team: quarterly definition of OKRs, invoicing, budgeting, team growth and learning, etc.
- Work closely with the Finance Systems Directors and follow-up on ad-hoc requests with your team
- Strengthen our vendor management process and set up the right control over our key suppliers
- Operate in close collaboration with all Finance Systems vendors and take care of the strategic supplier partnership in strong alignment with the Finance System leads
- With the help of your team, be in close contact with procurement and legal teams for the operational contract management (SAP, vendor support, etc.) and ensure transparent reporting structures
- Identify and foster improvement opportunities across the whole Finance System team to drive positive change

**The ingredients you bring to the table**:

- Have experience in IT change management with proven track of record
- Strong communication skills and positive mindset
- General management skill-set with controlling, leading, managing and integrating skills
- Be passionate about the business value of technology and help us to communicate about it
- Be passionate about establishing teams connections across global cross-functional project delivery with team members in three locations (Berlin, Singapore, Montevideo)
- Contract oversight through its entire lifecycle and vendor SLA management in close collaboration with Procurement
- Act and be seen as the main point of contact between a business and third parties to ensure timely review and approval of any variations of key contracts.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated to initiate value adding activities and drive execution
- Strong capacity to be detail oriented while ensuring big picture connection for management review
- Experience in working in a multicultural and global environment
