**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial support for customers
- Carrying out mailings to sales partners
- Creation and maintenance of customer master data, conditions and preparation of offers
- Complaint processing and internal follow-up
- Control and monitoring of pricing processes, blanket orders and credit management
- Updating and maintaining data in the CRM system
- Support of the OKS webshop
- Planning, organisation and support in the implementation of events for sales partners, trade fair appearances, internal sales meetings and sales campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing and Technical Service departments

Qualifications:

- Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field
- Experience in customer service in a manufacturing company
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Business fluent in English, further language skills would be an advantage
- Customer and solution orientation
- Sociability and good manners
- Ability to work in a team, openness and loyalty
- This is a parental leave replacement
