**As a Team Assistant (f/m/d) you are the one who**
- enables smooth internal cooperation;
- communicates with our customers externally and
- supports to grow our corporate culture: entrepreneurial, passionate and respectful;
- takes on responsibility from day one and fulfill the following key functions:
- responsibility for office organization to promote efficient teamwork;
- responsibility for a holistic feel-good atmosphere as an advisor
and conscience of the team;
- correspondence and control of service providers in the field of office management;
- support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of appointments, meetings and events;
- organization of gifts for birthdays or celebrations in the team;
- appointment and travel management;
- preparing accounting;
- independent processing of correspondence;
- guest service and ordering (from time to time);
- coordination and support in recruiting new talents, as well as legwork
for our HR;
- positioning of our work, studies and contributions on digital channels,
with partners and events.
**Therefore you**
- are most of all: engaged, passionated, inspiring and great fun to work with;
- a wholehearted empathic communicator and you love support others with creativity and dedication;
- have experience and confidence to build trust in a team;
- have excellent organizational skills - positive, relaxed and hands-on;
- have a structured thinking combined with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented way of working;
- have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. management consultancy, start-ups, venture capital, marketing or HR functions of a group);
- are motivated to be part of a fast-moving, growing and entrepreneurial agency;
- ideally have very basic project management skills;
- are open to new solutions, or even develop them on your own;
- are interested in your own personal growth and being an engaged part of a cohesive team.
