**Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Record month-end journal entries covering; accruals, intercompany transactions, depreciation, and various other transactions
- Calculate and support manufacturing cost accounting in the ERP
- Maintain fixed asset sub-ledger and capital projects
- Participate in month-end and year-end close process
- Assist finance lead with annual external audit
- Assist with analysis and interpretation of data, variance, and trend analysis
- Complete monthly/quarterly/annual VAT and statistics filings
- Ensure that general accounting internal controls are documented and maintained in accordance with HGB and US GAAP
- Perform monthly intercompany account reconciliations with Baldwin companies around the world
- Assist the finance lead with year-end financial, tax reporting, and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting to Barry Wehmiller
- Support the Company’s and the department’s continuous improvement projects/programs
- Accomplish responsibilities with non-negotiable deadlines in completing monthly, quarterly and year-end close
- Participate in accounting process reviews, internal control assessments, and peer review processes in support of improving accounting, reporting, and financial analysis functions across the Division
- Other responsibilities as needed or requested

**Qualifications**
- BS or BA in Accounting or Finance
- Demonstrated knowledge of HGB and US GAAP and internal controls
- 5-8 years accounting experience, with experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1-3 years of experience in reconciliations and analysis
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems
