Maintenance Handyman

**Germany, Bonn**, **Salary €3,500 GPM**:

Our client is seeking an experienced live-in or out Maintenance/Handyman for his large, stunning residence in Bonn, Germany and to occasionally manage his smaller residence in Cologne.

**Responsibility of duties, not limited to**:

- Maintaining the upkeep of the grounds (external & internal)
- Maintenance duties
- Gardening including, maintaining the ponds
- Light repairs/DIY
- Knowledge and maintenance of advanced heating systems
- Driving duties
- Preparing for arrival/departure of the principal, family and guests
- Providing security
- Good spoken English and/or German
- EU passport holder (essential)
- Flexible and accommodating
- Take pride in their work
- Full drivers’ licence
- A pet will be considered

**Accommodation**:A beautiful separate 2-bedroom chalet, within walking distance to the main residence. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Access to the forest in the grounds of the estate. Utilities paid by the client.

**Working hours**: Based on a 40-hour week. Flexibility required to work weekends if the principal is in residence.

**Salary**: €3,500 per month, gross.

**Start Date**: Mid-March
