**Your area of work**:
As a project management officer (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the creation and establishment of the project governance within the section of Cyber Protection with the goal of creating and maintaining a unified approach to conduct and steer projects and multitude of initiatives, as well as audit-related activities, that are leading to an improved security posture of the Deutsche Börse Group.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will directly support the central project manager of Cyber Protection by setting-up the project and program management governance including templates
- You will be responsible to create and maintain standardized processes to steer and monitor projects and programs
- You will align directly with different stakeholders and will create an end-to-end project governance view within the section of Cyber Protection
- You will be involved in Audit-related activities
- You will be engaged in daily business activities of Cyber Protection

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree in management, digital business, digital transformation, computer science, project management, cyber/ information security or other relevant fields
- It is beneficial if you have a project management certification, PMI, Prince 2, Agile PM or equivalent
- It is beneficial if you have previous work experience in Information Security/ Cyber Security
- Ideally you have experience with JIRA and/or Confluence
- You have a strong sense of responsibility together with good analytical and organizational skills which will help you to familiarize yourself with our dynamic and customer-centric environment
- You are interested in capital and financial markets
- Your communicative and cooperative manner will quickly help you to find your way into our harmonious team.
- You are proficient in written and spoken English; German knowledge is beneficial but not required
