Senior UX Researcher

**Join us as a Senior UX Researcher (M/F/d) in our Design team on a shared journey that matters**: UX research at MOIA is based in the design team, which consists of a diverse team of brand-/communication-/ and product designers, UX Researchers (UXR) and UX Designers with all different types of strengths, characters and professional backgrounds. We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join us on a **1-year limited contract.** As a UXR team, we're enablers, supporting designers and the cross-functional product teams with insights that support user-centric product development. We work on each of MOIAs products as well as our upcoming autonomous MOIA service. We're curious by nature and we love learning about our users. With a strong feedback culture, we strongly believe in the excellence of teamwork. **What you will do**: - **Manage** - you will work with multiple Stakeholders across the company and our partners to understand our common goals and insight needs. The efficient planning of timelines and capacity is crucial to handle a broad variety of topics and different stakeholder needs. - **Plan, design, conduct and share**- you will engage in the end-to-end research process from stating the research questions to insights sharing.
