**TASKS**
- Work in Corporate Brand and Communications with close link to the ZEISS business units and regions as well as agencies in the field of Marketing Communications
- Be part of the Agency Management & Training team, central contactwith agencies in the sense of the ZEISS Brand
- Support the conceptual development and implementation of ZEISS Agency Management and Brand Training frameworks
- Work closely together with other ZEISS departments (Global marketing and communication, UX/UI experts, IT or procurement)
- Support the Product Owner in planning, development, roll-out and operations of the new digital product - a peer-to-peer agency recommendation tool - in an agile setup to ensure success for the entire organization (75% of the work)
- Support the Product Owner in operations and future development of the existing ZEISS Brand Portal, a go-to-platform for all ZEISS brand related topics (25% of the work)

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Information Systems, IT, Marketing/Brand (or similar)
- Ideally first experience within an international group or an agency in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or similar
- First project management skills
- Interest in digital solutions and digital experiences
- An analytical, structured and independent and self-reliant way of working as well as strong communication skills
- Knowlege of MS Office 365
- Fluent German and English language skills
