Your key responsibilities include:
- **Gaining hands-on experience** in various **exciting hotel departments - from Front Office and Housekeeping to F&B and Events**:
- Getting to know both brands **- Sheraton & Marriott** - and experiencing the world of **Marriott International** from two perspectives
- **Participating in internal trainings** and being supported by experienced colleagues
- Opportunity to **take part in the apprentice exchange program** in the second year
- **Participation in the national Marriott Apprentice Conference** in the third year
- **Actively shaping the guest experience** and gaining insight into the operations of an international hotel

- You have a solid school education and ideally some first experience in hospitality or gastronomy
