**Your Tasks**:
Utilising your keen eye for what matters, you bring complex structures straight to the point. Your daily job: to support our Business Banking segment with regard to internal, external and regulatory requirements. You confidently handle the stakeholder management and communicate face to face with our head office, auditors, and regulators. As a competent contact person, you design, implement, and manage governance and risk processes. You skilfully act as an interface to the central organisational development as well as to the 2nd and 3rd line. Together, you get the most out of our risk management With your expertise and foresight, you discover opportunities for improvement and draft new guidelines, work instructions and process documentation, which you then present. You analyse our internal work processes and findings and continuously develop them further. We rely on your coordination and monitoring and further count on your cross-functional, administrative advice on governance, risk, and non-financial risk.
**Your Profile**:
- University degree in economics, business administration/ economics, mathematics, business law or equivalent qualification
- Ideally relevant experience in a regulated environment in a governance or audit function
- Fit in MS Office, optimal would be: Knowledge in project management and collaboration tools (ServiceNow, Atlassian)
- Cherish an active feedback culture
- Understanding of the IT and process landscape in the banking environment
- Enjoy working with numbers, analytical thinking, and independent, structured way of working
- Team spirit, quick perception, and great communication skills
- Very good English, written and spoken, German is a plus
