**What you’ll do**
- **Workshops and trainings conduction**. You optimize full-spectrum trainings for our international clients on the use and adaptation of existing and new technologies.
- **Training methodology**. You develop training methodology and material and create learning paths and personas by gathering user requirements and user focused approach.
- **Technical language translation**. You translate technical into business language and identify connections between new digital tools and the business goals.
- **Client support.** You are able to consult and guide corporate stakeholders through organizational change, support during their digital transformation and change management.
- **Work on multiple projects. **You support our internations clients and their teams in the change managements process.
- **Quality check and reports.** You build and implement training evaluation methods and are able to report on training success.

**What you can offer**
- You have 1 - 3 years of experience in **training** **designing and concepting** ina **digital landscape** in client-facing settings.
- You have a strong understanding of adult learning philosophy, **digital training methodology** and change management.
- You have great **presentation & communication skills** **in English** and you can easily lead others though new ideas and concepts.
- You worked on **Salesforce** or other **CRM** system already.
- Ideally, you have basic experience of **editing video content**, or a willingness to learn.
