We are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience through efficient logistics and fulfilment operations. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead Logistics to lead our team and optimise our fulfilment processes.

As the Logistics Team Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department. You will be the main contact person for our 3PL provider, ensuring that the agreed service levels are met and constantly seeking ways to enhance the customer experience. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential to ensure smooth operations. In addition, you will lead a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process optimisation projects and strategic operational initiatives.

**Your tasks**:

- Take ownership of all operational topics with our warehouse and carriers, including monitoring, control, and optimization of performance based on KPIs and SLAs
- Serve as the main contact point for internal stakeholders regarding all questions concerning the managed warehouse and the processes you are responsible for.
- Monitor and improve the order forecast and workforce planning in collaboration with the warehouse to ensure fulfilment goals are met across all countries and brands.
- Closely collaborate with our IT team in order to ensure order management, inventory synchronization, real-time data exchange, and reporting to ensure seamless transmission of data between Shopify and the warehouse’s WMS.
- Coordinate with other departments, including the customer care and buying teams
- Work with the Head of Operations to develop the company's overall logistics strategy and determine models and forecasts for the business plan by analysing historical data, market trends and customer feedback.
- Analyse key performance metrics and provide regular updates on departmental performance and areas for improvement, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics and fulfilment processes also with the use of external inputs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high productivity while placing great emphasis on team happiness, personal growth and development. Provide guidance and support by prioritising team members' well-being and professional advancement to create an environment where everyone thrives and contributes to our collective success.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in logistics and fulfilment, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Experience in analysing data sets and developing data-driven strategies to make data-backed decisions, drive process improvements and optimise performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental goals but also support them in their professional growth and skill development setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and recognising achievements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams actively seeking input and ideas from others, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering cooperation to achieve common goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
