**The Role**:
As a User Experience Design Specialis, you will be at the forefront of our design initiatives, focusing on crafting a visually stunning and cohesive design language for a large enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the visual theme enhances user experience and aligns with our brand identity.

**What you'll do**:

- ollow industry best practices when designing UI elements at scale.
- evelop and maintain a robust, low-maintenance design token architecture to ensure cohesive, scalable UI elements across teams and products.
- reate consistent, high-quality UI components for our Web Design System.
- reate and maintain UI components across different theming modes.
- roactively identify and resolve visual design inconsistencies.
- nhance and maintain handoff and design processes across products and teams.
- ollaborate with designers to integrate the Web Design System into product development.

**We'd love to hear from you if you**:

- ave a proven track record in designing elements of a design language, including color, typography, illustration, iconography, spacing, and layout.
- re proficient in Figma and its best practices, such as auto-layout, Dev Mode, Variables, etc., and other industry-standard tools.
- ave demonstrated experience in effectively managing design tokens, such as with Figma Token Studio.
- anage and organize high-volume Figma libraries.
- ave proven experience in developing scalable designs across platforms.
- an create high-quality UI elements from scratch and manage their variables at scale.
- an adapt UI components promptly based on user feedback.
- ave a structured, independent working style with a passion for accuracy and a positive, self-motivated attitude.

**What you bring**:

- bachelor's or master's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, or a related field.
- + years of professional experience leading visual design projects, ideally in a global environment.
- ttention to detail without sacrificing usability and adaptability.
- stunning design portfolio that showcases a spectrum of creative design solutions.
- bility to present ideas clearly and compellingly across diverse cultures.
- amiliarity with accessibility standards is beneficial.
- trong English skills; German skills are advantageous.
