Lubrizol produces and supplies technologies to customers in the global transportation, industrial and consumer markets. These technologies include lubricant additives for engine oils, driveline and other transportation-related fluids, industrial lubricants, and additives for gasoline and diesel fuel. In addition, Lubrizol makes ingredients and additives for home care and personal care products and pharmaceuticals, and specialty materials, including plastics technology and performance coatings in the form of resins and additives.
**Summary of Responsibilities**
Processes all aspects of C&B and provides specialized support for assigned escalated issues and inquiries for EMEAI C&B Administration processes. Provides research, analysis and resolutions on existing issues and provides analysis and recommendations on closed issues for continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as initial, primary contact for employees and manager to resolve issues, review day-to-day compensation changes, outside of manager’s authority.
- Provide Compensation and Benefits Administration technical and operational insights on design/redesign of and new EMEAI Compensation & Benefits programs.
- Communicate annual compensation review timeline and activities, including tools and training material.
- Guide HRBPs and managers for applying/communicating Compensation & Benefit programs, policies and processes.
- Load salary budget/adjusted salary ranges, variable pay plans, etc. and configure and test systems for annual adjustments, in close collaboration with Regional Payroll and Regional HR Systems Expert teams.
- Run calculations, such as bonus/incentive and payouts for groups and individuals, and audit/resolve discrepancies and provide data to Finance for accruals, including but not limited to:
- Validate readiness and accuracy of individual pay notifications/letters
- Validate transmission of compensation adjustments, variable pay plans etc. to payroll and third parties
- Process reconciliations (e.g., retirement plans, merits, bonus)
- Implement executive compensation programs, including deferred compensation, and oversee third party providers
- Administer job descriptions repository, audit quality of job descriptions and advise on improvements.
- Run compensation and benefits reports to support Total Rewards Survey participation, support Center of Excellence in administering compensation and benefits surveys, compensation structures and benefit programs.
- Validate and support benefits processing for career and life changes, communication with employees / managers for eligibility requirements and documentation compliance
- Execute accounting activities related to invoices from vendors (e.g., payment, reconciliation, actuarial analysis)
- Collaborate with Regional HR Systems Expert team to validate system interface and data upload (variable pay, benefits, issue/error correction, etc.)
- Provides specialized support and resolves assigned escalated issues and inquiries on time with a high degree of accuracy
- Integrate with COE Total Reward and Site HR resources on Compensation & Benefits policies, processes and guidelines
**Skills, Qualifications, Experience**
- Degree (Bachelor) ore equivalent experience.
- 3 + years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in payroll, benefits and /or Compensation administration working in an HR shared services operations team.
- HR system knowledge (SAP, ScessFactors, WorkDay, ServiceNow) prefered
- Well-organized, flexible, ability to prioritize work.
- Adapt easily to the situation or environment.
- Active knowledge or eager to learn in-country C&B disciplines and practices.
- Assertive, proactive self-starter, daring to take ownership and able to work autonomously.
- Communicate in multiple languages in addition to English and mother tongue.
