Quality Coordinator Logistics

- The Logistics Analyst is responsible to define, implement and take care of proper execution of local Logistic processes to ensure we meet internal, but especially ISO9001 and IATF requirements and do not lose certification - Bergkirchen Distribution Centre/Warehouse cannot operate / may not ship to our customers without these certifications. This role is key to pass the audits. Analyzing product delivery and supply chain processes at BK warehouse to identify or recommend changes. Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost effective, efficient, timely and high quality logistics solutions.

General Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ensuring and implementing all relevant quality standards at the site in compliance with the relevant legal requirements, corresponding industry standards and company guidelines - Maintenance, constant review and further development of our quality management systems - Implementation of the requirements of DIN ISO 9001, VDA and IATF - Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external quality audits: - internal quality audits - Own/support external quality audits according to ISO 9001 and IATF - Own/support Customer Audits - Coordination, implementation and effectiveness checks of corrective measures from audits - Implementation of instructions and employee training on relevant quality issues - Creation and evaluation of reports and quality statistics - Conducting 8D analyses - Control and implementation of the continuous improvement of our storage and logistics processes

Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree)
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
