**What you’ll do**
- You'll be responsible for handling and aligning the Traffic & Product Management Unit and controlling the optimization of traffic flows to Sky Sport's digital platforms
- Playing a key role in the strategic development and management of editorial and technical measures to optimize search performance is among your tasks
- In your role you'll act as a coordinator in the improvement of the user experience as well as in teaser and content optimization
- You'll have the role as DE stakeholder in close coordination with Sky Group Technology & Sky Group Product Management
- Your responsibility also includes making a key contribution to the operational support and product development of web & app (incl. conception & requirements management) in close collaboration with agile development teams
- No day is the same - you'll accompany product launches, run digital projects, and steer the project team
- You¿ll take care of the identification & introduction of new KPI management & SEO tools as well as new traffic sources, trend observations
- You'll be in charge of the development of editorial topics, campaigns and measures and lead service providers and partner collaboration
- Taking on tasks ranging from the preparation of market and competition analyses to internal interface management with editorial/traffic management, legal, data protection, IT, brand, marketing, mafo, CRM, etc. is part of your daily business

**What you’ll bring**
- You've a degree in business, media or communication sciences or a comparable qualification.
- You¿ll also bring at least 5-6 years of professional experience in the TV/digital industry, ideally with a focus on product management
- Your several years of experience in team management with a high correlation to the topics of product management and/or topics of Product & Traffic Management make you stand out
- You've a very high affinity to media, sports, and technology as well as creativity and inventiveness
- Strong analytical thinking, strong communication skills and assertiveness as well as an independent way of working describe your character
- You'll bring a high degree of self-motivation, reliability and flexibility
- Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
