**WHAT YOU DO**
- As data strategist, you develop a data strategy and drive the cultural transformation to become a data-driven company
- You serve as a client consultant and advise our senior level clients on how to integrate and leverage data intelligence asking the right questions
- Additionally, you act as an internal enabler, by developing new data products for our solutions (e.g. a KPI framework measuring success in retail)
- You are responsible for building the tools, infrastructure and capabilities for brand retailers to use the right data in the right way (insights & analytics)

**WHO YOU ARE**
- We are not looking for someone with a specific study background, but we value working experience in a digital agency and a professional who can think on a meta-level, is interdisciplinary, and understands how various data-driven tools and platforms work
- As data strategist you have several years of experience in managing and analyzing complex data, organizing data intelligence
- Despite your analytical focus, you are able to advise and contribute to conceptional and creative approaches
- You know which sources to use to always stay ahead in regards to digital trends and data-driven topics
- As data strategist you have a natural interest in all that is new and future-oriented, including specific new technologies, digital tools and marketing strategies
