**About Atelier Inspire**

Atelier Inspire offers modern perfumery experiences rooted in creativity, self-expression, and connection. We host immersive workshops in Munich where guests design their own signature fragrances from high-quality ingredients, guided by storytelling, scent exploration, and emotion. Our mission: to inspire people to discover themselves and connect with others through the power of scent.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a charismatic Workshop Host to lead our perfume-making sessions. As the heart of the experience, you will welcome guests, guide them through the world of scent, and help them create their own fragrance in a beautiful studio setting.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Facilitate 2 to 3 hour workshops in English (German a bonus)
- Set up and reset the studio space before and after each session
- Introduce guests to fragrance families, top, heart, and base notes
- Guide participants through the creative process of blending and bottling their perfume
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for every guest

**Who You Are**
- Warm, confident, and great with people
- Comfortable speaking to small groups and leading a room
- Passionate about creativity, self-expression, or the senses
- Bonus: experience in hosting, events, scent, or teaching
