We are looking for a Software Tester to join our multinational and multicultural technology division. You will have the opportunity to set up new processes and to bring a new standard of quality in our backend and routing solution.

**Our story (the bitesize version)**

Many of those deliveries happen with Scoober, our courier logistics operation. From QA specialists to product owners, tech innovation helps keep more than 20,000 Scoober couriers on the road.

**All about the role**

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (*M/F/d) to join the Router Backend Team in the Logistics Department and increase our QA workforce. Our international team is responsible for developing and maintaining connections with third-party teams as well as the distribution of order data to internal teams. The Router service is responsible for distributing orders among the couriers, as well as for optimizing the couriers' routes in order to avoid delays as much as possible.

In this varied role, we're counting on you to:

- Plan and execute tests on specific areas according to project features and milestones
- Design, create, implement and maintain test cases, test scenarios
- Identify, report, update and track bugs in JIRA
- Deliver feedback and reports to the development team and actively participate in Scrum/Kanban activities
- Work side by side with the development teams in assisting bug investigation (reporting, reproduction, isolation)
- Assist the team in risk assessment prior to releasing new versions
- Assist product owner in writing and reviewing acceptance criteria for upcoming features

**Can you deliver**

Are you our next QA specialist? Here are the skills we're looking for:

- At least 3 years experience in Quality Assurance roles
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) and test case management tools (e.g. TestRail)
- Experience with reading logs and thinking out of the box
- Experience with testing REST APIs (e.g. with Postman)
- Experience with SQL and MongoDB queries
- Understanding of testing techniques and methods
- Understanding of cross-functional team structures and Agile methodologies
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Good spoken and written skills in English

**Nice To Have**
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Experience with Kafka
