MRM is looking for a motivated **SENIOR UI / UX DESIGNER (M/F/d) **as soon as possible.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at MRM, you will play a critical role in our design team, focusing on creating intuitive, user-centered designs. Your expertise will be essential in developing wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that align with our client's design system. This position requires a blend of creative and technical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions.

**Your responsibilities**
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Utilize the client's design system to ensure consistency and coherence across all designs.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

**Your profile**
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- A portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and present your designs to the client.
