RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing a wide variety of contracts within the chemical industry
- Providing legal advice and support on a broad variety of legal matters also directly to the business and including corporate matters in an international environment (and including an LLC)
- Support the preparation and follow-up of management and supervisory board meetings
- Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions in legal and compliance matters
- Assist with compliance issues within the regulatory framework
- Working closely with the General Counsel to maintain good legal & compliance processes and manage risk
- Planning, preparation, implementation and conducting compliance audits
- Potentially after “training-on-the-job” independent assumption of tasks in the field of foreign trade compliance and/or intellectual property management
- Management of company insurances

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Successfully completed legal or business law studies
- At least two years of professional experience in an international environment desirable
- Fluency in English and German
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
