EGI is eager to reinforce its team to better support our international clients navigating the complex environments they operate in. As part of this effort, we are seeking passionate and talented students who are ready to contribute their skills and knowledge.
As an intern/working student, you will contribute to projects focused on power system economics, energy sysrtem modeling, and data analysis.

**Your responsibilities**
- Review methodologies from TSOs and institutions (e.g. ENTSO-E)
- Support meetings, technical reports, and presentations
- Build and analyze power system models (Plexos, PyPSA)
- Perform data/statistical analysis and time-series modeling (Python)
- Assist in developing and debugging in-house Python-based tools

**Your profile**
- Enrolled Master’s student in Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Energy Economics, or similar
- Solid understanding of the energy sector, policies, and market structures
- Knowledge of optimization methods (Unit Commitment, Economic Dispatch, OPF)
- Strong Python skills; experience with Git, data analysis, and visualization
- Independent, team-oriented, fluent in English
- EU-based and willing to relocate to Berlin (on-site only)
