Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Successfully completed (technical) university degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the OEM/partner business and in technical product marketing, ideally in an international context
- Knowledge of medium-voltage products desirable, but not a must
- Fluent written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Good IT skills, e.g. with MS Office - ideally knowledge of SAP
- Confident communication skills, strong customer orientation and a high level of initiative paired with a strong networker mentality
- High willingness to travel, also in an international environment
