Are you passionate about climate action and driven to make a real impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people? If so, we want you to join Climatiq as our next Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Berlin

**About the role**:
As an SDR at Climatiq, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings for our Account Executives, and contributing to our overall commercial strategy.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential customers (target companies and individuals) through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and online resources.
- Lead Qualification: Effectively qualify leads based on defined criteria and determine their fit for Climatiq’s solutions.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule high-quality meetings for our Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales processes.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Contribute to Sales Strategy: Provide feedback and insights to improve our sales strategy and processes.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A passion for climate action and sustainability.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales development or similar role (SaaS experience is a plus).
- A commercial mindset with an eagerness to learn; a business degree or similar background is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ambitious and hard-working, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Tech-savvy with a natural ability to understand and navigate technical concepts, tools, and systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Eligible to work in Germany.
- Bonus: Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
