Duration: 6 months

Time type: Part time( 20 hours)

Start date: June / July 2025

You’ll be part of the Inclusion & BEM Team and work closely together with our Inclusion and BEM Advisors. You have the unique opportunity to build and support our Inclusive Work Environment - where people with and without disabilities work together to accelerate the mission of our Gigafactory.

Our team combines various competences to support the health of our employees at the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. We are the point of contact for our employees, people leaders as well as HR and the works council and the representative body of severely disabled people.

**What You'll Do**
- In your daily work, you will provide day-to-day administrative Support for the Inclusion & BEM Team.
- Maintain the Inclusion & BEM documentation for internal and external reporting.
- Collecting and processing data with a view to analyzing trends
- Be involved in the organization on various projects on the topic of Inclusion & BEM
- Support on ad hoc requests and tasks as requested

**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress. Preferably studying a relevant field like HR, Administration, Health or Business Management or related.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 Level)
- Structured way of work and good administrative skills
- Proactive work mentality and a strong team player
- Ability to work 20 hours/week.
