Deine Aufgaben
- Du verbindest Business-Know-how und IT-Verständnis, transformierst so fachliche Anforderungen in verständliche prozessuale und datentechnische Vorgaben und begleitest unsere Change-Projekte von A-Z.
- Anforderungen, Ressourcenbedarf, Ablaufpläne oder Azure-Tickets - Du behältst den Durch
- und Überblick, gibst den Takt vor und schließt Dich konstruktiv mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern kurz.
- Ob Du Risk Impact, Mappings und Daten im Finance Data Warehouse bewertest oder von den Projekten betroffene BAIS-Schnittstellen und Änderungen identifizierst - mit Deinem Analysegeschick entgeht Dir nichts.
- Und auch beim „Go“ der Projekte bist Du ganz vorne mit dabei, managst Tests und Release und packst auch bei der Meldeerstellung tatkräftig mit an.
- Bei alldem setzt Du voll auf Teamwork. Sowohl in Deinem interdisziplinären, agilen Team als auch beim Netzwerken mit Kolleg*innen in der Expertise und anderen Fachbereichen kommunizierst Du effektiv und transparent und baust Deine Fachkenntnisse proaktiv aus.

Dein Profil
- Praxiserfahrung in der fachlichen und/oder technischen Business Analyse sowie der Projektarbeit, bestenfalls mit agilen Methoden
- Idealerweise mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Meldewesen oder ähnlichem
- Grundkenntnisse im Meldewesen und starke Affinität zu Daten und IT-Systemen (SQL-Know-how von Vorteil)
- Kommunikationsgeschick, Empathie, positive Einstellung, innovatives und unternehmerisches Denken
- Strukturierte, konzeptionelle sowie kunden
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Entscheidungs
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
