Delivery Hero is looking for a Performance Marketing lead | Inbound, Europe (f/m/d) to work directly within our Regional Performance Marketing team. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.
**Your mission**:
- You support building the strategy for all paid social channels (SEM, ASA, ACI/UAC, ASO, SEO)
- You own a large inbound media budget for all European markets.
- You drive budget allocation between channels to increase ROI.
- You support the inbound team by creating a clear roadmap.
- You are not afraid to deep-dive into the marketing campaigns and challenge team members if needed.
- You prioritize tasks to make sure that the team is focusing on activities that will deliver the best outcomes.
- You are in contact with local markets to support them with their local strategies
**Your heroic skills**:
- You’ve gained 5 years of professional experience within inbound online marketing on the web and app.
- You managed campaigns for ideally at least 3 of the following channels (SEM, ASA, ACI/UAC, ASO, SEO)
- You developed app acquisition expertise.
- You have a university degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering or a similar field
- Optionally, but would be a great plus, you have experience in affiliate marketing.
- You understand attribution models and their limitations
- You understand how to hire, motivate, and retain a team.
- You are used to breaking down complex problems into a clear structure
- You are used to producing business analysis that the firm can rely on
- You are a great communicator, highly motivated, with a hands-on mentality
- You have lead projects, instructed teams and managed various stakeholders
- You are curious and interested in the latest trends & technologies
- You are data-driven and can identify automation opportunities (smart bidding, feeds..)
- You thrive in a challenging fast-paced environment
- You can have fun at work and don’t take yourself too seriously
