Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH ("Pacifico") is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants. **Your key accountabilities** - Sell-side: Managing sales transactions processes of PV, wind, battery, and hydrogen plants across our European portfolio - Sell-side: Identifying potential buyers and managing contract negotiations of sales and purchase agreements (SPAs) - Buy-side: Identifying, evaluating and managing upcoming investment opportunities for from sourcing to signing - Buy-side: Managing contract negotiations, e.g., for share purchases, EPC, O&M and power purchase agreements - Buy-side: Conducting due diligence covering the full spectrum of technical, commercial and legal topics - Contributing to the team's strategy by working closely together with the team lead - Representing Pacifico at industry and networking events and staying on top of trends and key markets **Requirements**: - Degree in Business or Engineering with a strong academic background - Working experience of at least one year (for a senior position of at least three years) in a transactions/finance department of a project developer, independent power producer, investment firm, bank, consultancy, or similar - preferably with a focus on renewable energy topics - First experience in negotiating complex contracts - Thrive in fast-paced and demanding transactions - Strong analytical skills, utmost attention to detail and innate numerical abilities - Positive and energetic attitude and the ability to network easily with various stakeholders - Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of German and/or additional languages is a plus **We offer** - A highly motivated, qualified and diverse team with backgrounds from international working development firms, top-tier consultancies, investment banks and similar - The possibility to fundamentally shape the company's growth with exciting tasks and a steep learning curve - An entrepreneurial environment with freedom for flexibility including hybrid working - Individual development opportunities (regular feedback sessions, trainings, language classes, internal insight sessions, etc.) - Various benefits (e.g. subsidy for lunch and public transport ticket, subsidy for EGYM Wellpass membership) - An office located in the heart of Munich with a rooftop terrace to enjoy afterwork drinks - A strong company culture and various team events throughout the year - you are part of the team from day one - A sustainable mindset - from our core business to our daily office life we think green **We are looking forward to meeting you
