**Digital Expert - Transformation Projects**: **Flexible Location - Any Pet Nutrition Europe site**: This exciting role has overall responsibility for identifying and implementing transformational changes in the way the team collaborates and delivers their work. With responsibility for leading and executing projects to successfully plan and execute transformations through digitalisation, you will work with three key Teams: Site Activity, Market Activity and Artwork Deployment. The role will lead 2 Key Workstreams: “Excellence in Execution” and “Driving Efficiency (incl. Digitalisation)" to drive efficiencies for the department's ways of working. **What are we looking for?**: - Business experience either Brand management, Innovation, Supply Chain or Finance function, including at least 1 year of Project Management deployment (or related) - Strong digital skills, with an ability to build digital solutions to simplify complex scenarios; delivering the tools and basic programming to help deliver creative sustainable solutions to a variety of stakeholders - High level of pro-activeness, curiosity and willingness to take responsibility, with an openness and interest towards digital developments and trends alongside a mix of stakeholder groups - Proficiency in Microsoft 365: ideally Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps as well as SAP would be an advantage - Preferred: knowledge of Strategy deployment processes and tools (eg QuEST, PPM, Artwork deployment, Yellofin) **What will be your key responsibilities?** - Leading and executing projects to successfully plan and execute transformations through digitalisation, identifying and mapping efficiency opportunities - Developing the implementation of solutions for agreed opportunities, through the use of Power BI & related apps, bringing data to insight and transformational changes in the way the team collaborates and delivers their work - Identifying and driving Synergies for scaling Transformation across the other sub teams - Becoming a Center of Expertise for Deployment Team Transformation **What can you expect from Mars?**: - Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles. - Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today. - Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University. - An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
