The position contains the following tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for a to be assigned business area within GCAT PCB

Definition and adherence of worldwide sourcing strategy for assigned business area

Support in Development of sophisticated suppliers for new PCB technologies

Strategic representative and direct contact person of GCAT PCB business towards business area.

Yearly Negotiation Lead within GCAT PCB on global level for assigned suppliers

Strategic development of suppliers in alignment with TOP Management, including strategic meetings

Implementation of game theory related auction and negotiation concepts for responsible sourcing

Planning, steering and monitoring of material field-specific targets, their implementation and results

Global PCB Category counterpart towards R&D and Quality with the responsibility of frequent updates regarding new activities within CAT PCB as well as purchasing support of analysis topics

Strong team contributor, comfortable in leading, collaborating, with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a highly active, fast-paced environment across multiple time zones

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in economics, engineering, business administration or comparable qualification

Several years of work experience in Engineering, SCMA, Quality or Purchasing, ideally in Automotive area

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and SAP R/3

Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)

Excellent presentation and written communication skills to various levels of the internal and supplier organizations

Intercultural awareness and sensitivity for Asia

Willing to travel (national and international)

Analytical thinking, team spirit and drive
