The User Experience team empowers builders to compose awesome content experiences through platform collaboration using a diverse range of products tailored to their needs.

As a Sr. Product Designer (f/m/d) you will work with a cross-functional team to discover, define and deliver experiences that empower development teams to efficiently collaborate, build fast and release safely.

If you combine a passion for problem-solving and systems design with solid interaction and UI design skills, this role may be a good fit. You should be keen to facilitate user research studies and team workshops and have experience working with design systems. You'll join a design guild of passionate design generalists who enjoy continuous learning, and the opportunity to impact the product and the organisation in a meaningful way.

**What to expect?**:
You'll be a key player in your cross-functional product development team and contribute to initiatives to make your product team and the design guild more successful.
- Deeply understand user needs, cultivating empathy across stakeholders and collaborators to ensure user-centred outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate discovery workshops, fostering creativity, alignment, and AI-driven ideation within the team.
- Explore solutions from multiple perspectives, championing the user's voice throughout the process.
- Deliver high-quality artefacts such as user journeys, concept maps, UI mockups, and prototypes.
- Shape team goals and success metrics that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
- Contribute to the definition of stories and requirements, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
- Represent your team's work effectively, whether through presentations to business stakeholders or collaborative discussions.
- Run experiments and user testing and improve the user experience through iteration, exploring innovative solutions that push the boundaries of our user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Designers across the organization to raise the quality bar and evolve our craft.
- Experience designing Generative AI solutions is an important plus.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Self-starter and organized. Showcasing a proactive attitude.
- Open to trade-offs and negotiation.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of adding clarity to the table.
- Strong conceptual skills to design for complex scenarios.
- Strong communicator and user advocate.
- Comfortable communicating with company leadership.
- Experience working with design systems and solid knowledge of interaction patterns.
- Experience with user research and testing.
- Experience in meeting and workshop facilitation.
