Relocation Specialist

**THE ROLE**:
As a Relocation Specialist, Destination Services you will connect professionals and executives who are relocating with their company to a new city in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, to one of our consultants in the destination they are moving to. In this role, you are the direct point of contact for any requests or concerns. You will coordinate a high-quality service approach and nurture the client-to-consultant rapport with your interpersonal and mentoring skills.
This is a full-time (40 hours weekly) or part-time (minimum 35 hours weekly) position based centrally in Frankfurt/Main with the option to work 60% from home.
**_ (50%) Program Management_**
- Serve as the process and experience manager for destination services provided to professionals and executives being relocated by their company. You will have various files in different stages of the destination services process
- Bridge communication and foster relationships between transferees and our country-specific consultant network
- Develop a deep understanding of all destination services program workflows and processes
- Work collaboratively with clients and team members to achieve company-wide goals in alignment with our business strategy
**_ (25%) Conflict Resolution and Coaching_**
- Lead and implement effective feedback sessions with consultants consistently
- Advise and redirect consultants who have service delivery issues
- Instruct consultants on best practices based on performance
**_ (20%) Data Entry_**
- Complete detailed data entry, including billing and client-specific reporting
- Record and report updates into Dwellworks’ and clients’ systems
**_ (5%) Ad Hoc Projects_**
- Participate in special projects and assist with special client requests as needed

Your Education_**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
**_ Your Experience and Skills _**
- Minimum of one year in customer service, ideally in international relocation
- Fluency in German and English
- Firm understanding of cultural differences and/or experience working with people from various cultures
- Preferably international travel or relocation experience
- Microsoft 365, organizational and multitasking skills to handle the volume of work independently
- Flexibility with new tasks that arise in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to manage challenging situations within the client service industry
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive as a client-driven team player in a dynamic work environment
