**What you will do**:
Your role is to spearhead the creation and management of our multi-asset investment fund focused on media and entertainment. You'll work autonomously as the driving force behind our investment strategy and fundraising efforts, making independent decisions that directly shape our company's trajectory and establish us as the category-defining platform in this space. On a typical day, your tasks may include:

- Leading end-to-end fundraising initiatives for our dedicated investment fund, from crafting compelling investment narratives to securing investor commitments
- Identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities across the entertainment and IP ecosystem
- Structuring diverse financing solutions including traditional investments, alternative financing arrangements, and strategic partnerships
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the entertainment industry, financial markets, and investment community
- Developing innovative transaction frameworks and investment structures in collaboration with legal, finance, and external partners
- Managing portfolio optimization and performance across multiple asset classes and investment vehicles

**Who you are**:
You're an investment professional with deep expertise in evaluating financial assets and managing transaction workstreams. You thrive working independently in dynamic environments where your decisions directly impact performance, and you excel at translating market insights into actionable investment strategies, while building relationships across investors and peers. Typically, your profile will look like this:

- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field from a top-tier university
- 3+ years experience at Tier 1 investment banks, Tier 1 consulting firms, private equity funds, venture capital firms, or specialized entertainment investors
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, deal structuring, due diligence, and investor relations
- You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
- Colleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistent
- You’re obsessed with music, video or social media

Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage:

- **Online assessment**: Motivational questionnaire and aptitude test - are you made for the job?
- **Initial interview**: 30-minute introductory call - getting to know you
- **Take-home case study**: Real-world project - showcase your skills and working style
- **Case interview**: 90-minute case discussion - present and debate your results with a team member
- **Founder interview**: 90-minute interview with our CEO - going deep on all topics
- **Team interview**: Individual or group interview with other team members - depending on position
- **Offer, contract signing and onboarding**

**Note**: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role.
