**Duties**:
Under the direction/supervision of the Computer Operations Supervisor (Operations), the incumbent serves as the Information Systems Center (ISC) Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Access Network (WAN) and Cloud Based Environment Operator. Primary responsibility is the daily administration of the Department of State Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) Open Network (OpenNet). The field of responsibility is applicable to the LAN sites in Frankfurt. The Incumbent is responsible to independently manage, analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with hardware, software, installations, and upgrades. Manages accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment; monitor systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability. The incumbent provides and independently manages ISC mobile enrollment and supports multiple mobile environments.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Installation of hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, and USB devices is required.
- Must have the ability to lift 20 KG on a regular basis and 40 KG occasionally as a team lift.
- Firmly grounded in customer support and effective in user training is required.
- Ability to multitask in an environment with shifting priorities.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
