Die **ELITE Krankenfahrdienst GmbH** ist der qualitative Marktführer im Bereich der privaten Krankenbeförderung im NRW-Gebiet.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst Teile des Personalmanagements wie bspw. Arbeitsverträge, Lohnabrechnung, Urlaubsplanung, Einstellungsplanung etc.
- Verantwortung des Fuhrparkmanagements wie bspw. Inspektion/Wartung der Fahrzeuge, Ausstattung und Zustand des Fuhrparks
- Disposition von Aufträgen, Koordination und Organisation der Fahrer
- Auftragsannahme, Auftragsbearbeitung von Fahraufträgen per Telefon
- Personaleinsatzplanung der Fahrer; Fahrzeugplanung nach Aufträgen
- Durchführung und Verantwortung der Korrespondenz per Telefon, E-Mail oder Schriftverkehr mit Lieferanten und Kunden
- Übernahme von Teilaufgaben der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Die Weiterentwicklung des internen Qualitätssystem am Standort kann ebenso in Deine Verantwortung gehören
- Standortortverantwortung: Steuerung und Koordination der Betriebsabläufe am Standort

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Du kannst auf eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung zurückblicken
- Neben einem sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und einem guten technischen Verständnis konntest Du idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse in Projektarbeiten sammeln
- Als Organisationstalent punktest Du mit Deiner strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
- Durch Deine positive Ausstrahlung, Hands-on-Mentalität und der Freude an neuen Aufgaben passt Du perfekt in unser Team
- Neben Deinem offenen und symphytischen Auftreten überzeugst Du durch eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistermentalität und Dein exzellentes Zeitmanagement
