Your mission

For our further growth we are looking for you as a Team Lead (M/F/d) to lead our team of DevOps/System Administrators in our headquarter in Munich in a hybrid working model.
- As Teamlead (M/F/d) you will be responsible for building and developing our team of System Administrators and DevOps, which creates a pleasant environment for our employees, our products as well as for our servers
- You are an expert in your field of IT infrastructure as well as DevOps, make sustainable architecture decisions and ensure a high performance scaling state-of-the-art technology to run our software solution
- You recognize the development potential of your team members and address their individual needs, you help them to achieve top performance and create a motivating as well as pleasant team culture
- You work closely with the software development team, helping them to get products go live quickly and reliably, and you are responsible for the smooth running of the project

**Profile**:

- You have completed a technical education or have comparable knowledge, speak fluent German as well as very good English and live within Germany, preferably witin the area of Munich
- You have many years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps and have already been able to master challenging tasks as a manager together with a team
- You have a strong understanding of service, have in-depth knowledge of Linux, as well as knowledge of IT security and are familiar with IaC, CI/CD
- You are solution-oriented, think responsibly and pragmatically at the same time and like to take on challenges
- You have a very high qualitative demand on your work, enjoy leading a cross-functional team and have a good sense of humor
