You will be an integral part of their transformation journey, challenging their ways of thinking and helping them realize and adopt the benefits of our Cloud. Our network of global Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) are premium customer-facing and remote-delivery facilities built to help enterprise and strategic customers solve their business challenges through innovative cross-workload solutions. We accelerate our customers’ digital transformation by capitalizing on the changing needs of our customers and the new business opportunities of tomorrow.

The role of the MTC Architect is to primarily plan and facilitate customer Strategy Briefings, Architecture Design Sessions, and Hands-On Rapid Prototyping Workshops in our MTC Center, helping enterprise customers articulate and resolve the most challenging business requirements. This role will propose and validate solution architectures, transferring strategic knowledge through interactive whiteboard sessions and hands-on solution delivery. We expect a Senior Technical Leader, who takes responsibility for staying at the cutting edge of our technology and delivers compelling talks and demos that drive sales scenarios.

As Modern Work Architect you will **Drive Sales Impact through Customer Enagement**:

- Bring to bear the resources of the MTC to engage customers and CxOs early in the project life-cycle to envision how Microsoft technologies enables compelling solutions.
- Translate Business Visions into technology to fuel the workplace and digital transformation of our customers
- Guide business and technical decision makers on creating business value on top of the Microsoft 365 platform through Architect Design Sessions, Ideation, Workshops, and Rapid Prototyping. Synthesize business and technical architecture requirements. Serve as the as the go-to technical expert in the Microsoft 365 space for the regional sales teams
- Be the key resource for all Modern Workplace related solutions with skills in the Microsoft Technology Center
- Be a community leader: You will use your knowledge from working with multiple customers to influence product and community. You will enable your peer community to extend their impact through researching, creating and extending complex technical demonstrations in our global demo tenant. You will shape product direction through building relationships with global engineering teams to propagate customer feedback and scenarios, and ensure gaps and whitespace is understood.
