**ABOUT YOU**
- **Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Experience Marketing / Experience Architecture oder einem verwandten Bereich.**:

- **Du verfügst über 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer Agentur und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Markenkommunikation, Designprinzipien und -entwicklung.**:

- **Du bist erfahren in der Leitung und Verwaltung von Kreativteams und verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Konzept
- und Strategieentwicklung.**:

- **Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten - auch auf Englisch - und hast einen starken kreativen Geist.**:

- **Du verfügst über ein breites Portfolio an Creative Tools und bist Experte in der Visualisierung.**

**YOUR MISSION WITH US**
- **Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Konzepten, Strategien und Präsentationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Director:innen und dem Account.**:

- **Neben der Leitung und Betreuung mehrerer Projekte führst du ein internationales Team.**:

- **Du sorgst dafür, dass Ressourcen den Projektanforderungen entsprechend eingesetzt werden und überwachst die Konsistenz der Markenidentität in allen Kanälen.**:

- **Du gehst sicher mit Corporate Guidelines um und hast Kundenziele, Werte, Budgetrahmen und Deadlines stets im Blick.**:

- **Du kennst die neuesten Trends und Technologien und kannst diese in crossmediale, relevante, innovative und effiziente Konzepte und Strategien umsetzen.**
