Change Communication Advisor

**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- As Change Communication Advisor you are responsible to advise, inspire and support the GFO- Leadership Teams in improving their communication strategy to reach their operational teams with 'spot on' change messages.
- In this role you advise change initiative owners to design story lines, communication and (cross-unit) implementation strategies in a complex stakeholder context in close cooperation with the Change Communication advisors of the GFO-X sub units
- You ensure that GFO community events are initiated and facilitated
- You act as change communication advisor and coordinator for GFO-E, working towards a transparent and performance driven way of working
- You coordinate the Change Communication Experts community to provide content for quarterly newletters and other media
- You work in a cross-border Strategy & Change team of GFO-Excellence

**Your profile and background**:

- This position requires an academic working and thinking level and a relevant university degree in Communication, Change Management or Business Strategy. Alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- You have profound working experience in the field of communication, preferabally in an international context, having good understanding of German and/or Dutch business culture
- You express advanced advisory skills and are experienced in complex stakeholder management
- You have advanced understanding of digital ways of communication
- You are able to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways, showing an hands-on mentality
- You show independence, entrepreneurship, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English skills
